In all those body lotion commercials, I would definitely be the alligator if I didn't apply my lotion twice a day, especially in the winter. But not any more. I've started my second bottle of this Triple Strength Fish Oil and while I can't say what it's doing for me on the inside, I sure like what I see on the outside. Now, I only apply my lotion after I bathe and my skin doesn't itch or get flaky any more. BEST OF ALL, NEITHER DOES MY SCALP! Just using a regular shampoo, my hair has a beautiful shine without doing anything extra - even if I don't use the blow-dryer. And just as advertised, there is NO AFTERTASTE whatsoever. I don't know if it makes any difference, but I normally take this supplement separate from my multiple vitamin after any given meal. But if I forget, then I take them together and there's been no stomach upset, no ill affects at all. For the benefit to the skin and scalp alone, I would highly recommend this product.
While I really like the fact that this is a triple strength product, I did run into one side effect; bloating and gas. I keep mine in the refrigerator and take it at night. So far, I've had such bad bloating that is painful. Any have any recommendations to help alleviate this?
