These are the easiest to swallow, and with absolutely no after taste. Cost is rather high, but if my husband will take them and as long as they continue to be beneficial, the healthy benefits are worth it.
Purchased this product for someone who cannot take large capsules, but these did not have a large enough dose of EFA to be of use. Also have a strong fishy odor. Will not purchase them again.
