Be aware that the advertising is deceptive. On the Amazon site, it appears as though this product contains 60 1000mg softgels of Krill oil. In fact, the bottle contains 60 500mg pills instead. The "supplement fact" list on the side of bottle boasts 1000mg of krill oil "per serving" but the serving is 2 pills. Nowhere on the Amazon site for this product does it state that the bottle only contains 60 500mg pills. Clearly, the intention is to deceive, selling 60 pills 500mg pills at a price similar to other suppliers selling 60 1000mg pills. Buyer beware. I can only hope the product actually contains krill oil...
Taking four capsules a day has alleviated my PMS symptoms by 80%-90% for years. I've never gotten the same result from other brands of Krill.
